Agreement and Eligibility
By using TineTracer, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
The Service
TineTracer uses artificial-intelligence services to create visual estimates from user-supplied whitetail, elk, and moose photos. Features may include gross antler score ranges, component estimates, maturity observations, confidence statements, saved Trophy Room profiles, and shareable cards.
TineTracer results are visual estimates, not official measurements, biological determinations, hunting advice, or guarantees. Photo angle, distance, resolution, velvet, obstruction, camera distortion, and model limitations can materially affect a result.
Your Content
You retain ownership of photos you submit. You grant TineTracer a limited license to host, copy, transmit, resize, and process that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate another person's rights.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, bypass usage limits, probe or disrupt its systems, submit unlawful content, impersonate others, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected service components, or use results to mislead others as an official score or certification.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for access through your email and authenticated account. Notify support if you believe an account has been compromised. TineTracer may suspend access reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security, nonpayment, or violations of these Terms.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew until canceled. Prices, included tokens, billing timing, cancellations, and refund terms are described in the Subscription and Refund Policy. Canceling a subscription does not delete the account or Trophy Room.
Availability and Changes
The service may change, experience interruptions, or depend on third-party providers. TineTracer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every photo can be analyzed. Material plan changes will be communicated through the service where reasonably practical.
Disclaimer and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. TineTracer is not responsible for hunting, wildlife-management, purchasing, taxidermy, or other decisions based on an estimate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TineTracer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Termination
You may stop using the service, cancel billing, or delete your account. TineTracer may terminate access for a material violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limitations, remain effective.
